Penal Code,1860–Secs. 307 & 323–Conviction–During the pendency of proceedings, parties entered into an amicable settlement–Offence u/s. 307 cannot be compounded in view of bar of Sec. 320–However, looking to the facts that incident took place in year 1994, parties are related to each other, appellants were young aged at the time of incident and a substantive sentence has been sufferred by them,sentence reduced upto already undergone.
