Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 342/34–Conviction–Statements of deceased recorded as FIR were rightly relied on as dying declaration–Testimony of witnesses revealing that the appellants opened an assault on the deceased which led to his death–Recoveries of weapons also lent sufficient corroboration to the case of prosecution–Conviction deserves to be affirmed.
