II/34–Conviction–Appellant has remained behind the bars for six months and twelve days–Sentence was suspended during the appeal–No statutory bar for applying the Sec. 360 of Cr.P.C. or Sec. 4 of Probation of Offenders Act–Sentence suffered is very short, however, modified by imposing the fine of Rs. 2 lac.
