Evidence Act, 1872–Sec. 63–Scope–A photocopy does not fall within sub-section (2) of Sec. 63 of the Act and cannot be treated as a secondary evidence–It may be made even from a photocopy, hence it cannot be considered to be one made which is themselves insure the accuracy of the copy.
