Criminal Trial–Extra-judicial confession–Whether can be relied on–No reason or circumstance was shown by prosecution as to why the confession was made before PW. 5–Witness PW 5 herself suggested about the fact having been divulged to her by PW 4 but PW 4 did not corroborate her testimony–Further, husband of PW 5 also denied from the fact of having gone to the place of accused–Held, trial Court was proper in not relying the extra–judicial confession.
