Rajasthan Prisoners (Release on Parole) Rules, 1958–Rule 9–Rejection of permanent parole application on the ground of absconding of the accused during the custody at Open Air Camp–In the offence of absconding, petitioner was convicted u/s. 224 and he has sufferred the sentence in that case–This would not be an illeligibility for awarding the permanent parole–Further, the conduct of petitioner was not like to cause the injury to society–Held, he is entitled for getting permanent parole.
