Limitation Act, 1963–Sec. 5–Delay of 3541 days in filing the appeal–Condonation of delay–Ex-parte decree was passed in year 1997–Plea of appellant that the fact of ex-parte decree came in knowledge in year 2003 when the notice of execution was served on her–No necessary step was taken for filing the appeal within time–Mere illiteracy and rural background is not sufficient for condonation of delay–Application as well as appeal deserves to be dismissed.
