Portition–Second wife of deceased-karta purchased the property in question from the sources of HUF–She was neither coparcencer not the karta of HUF but acted as the manager because the plaintiff-respondent was the only male of family and he was minor at the relevant time–View of High Court that after the death of father, plaintiff became entitled for 50% share and the remaining 50% property will be divided between the two wives–Further, he became entitled for 25% property after death of his mother–Held, partition made by High Court in favour of plaintiff-respondent was perfectly correct and he was rightly hold for 3/4 share.
